> Brandtropic is an AI-powered creative agency based in Tijuana, Mexico, working fully remotely with businesses in the United States, Canada, Spain, Mexico and worldwide. We build a company's brand and everything that makes it work: brand identity, smart websites optimized for Google and AI assistants (SEO, AEO and GEO), marketing with AI-connected reports, and custom AI systems running on our own platform, Brandtropic System. We work in English and Spanish.

## Services (packages)

Each stage builds on the last. Clients can start with the brand and add the website, the marketing or the systems when the business needs it.

- **Brand** — for businesses starting from zero: logo in every format, colour and type system, and a brand guideline with the rules to apply them, plus first applications (social profiles, presentation, email signature). Usually three to five weeks.
- **Brand + Web** — for businesses that have a logo but no real website: the full brand plus a smart website with SEO, AEO and GEO from day one, hosting and an SSL certificate. The client can edit text, images and posts afterwards.
- **Marketing + Content** — for businesses that have brand and site and want to use them: social media, campaigns and monthly content, with statistics and AI-connected reports.
- **Full Ecosystem** — for operations that run on spreadsheets and chats: advisory, apps, CRM and custom AI systems with Brandtropic System at the center.
- **Brandtropic System** — tasks, leads, blog and analytics in one place; included in the bigger packages.

## How pricing and quotes work

There are no fixed prices on the site. Every project is sized to the case in three tiers (Basic, Mid and Heavy). The client describes where the business is today using the "Where to start?" flow on https://brandtropic.com/ ; the case lands in our system, a client portal is opened on the spot, and we reply with a clear proposal: what we will do, what it costs and how long it takes. No commitment. Brand and web are projects with a closing date; marketing, content and systems are monthly. US clients are invoiced in USD.
